One of the many things that sets The Vegan Collection apart is our commitment to providing a better life for animals in need. 25% of all proceeds are donated to organizations that are advocates for animals. Four groups have been chosen:

ACI: Animal Cruelty Investigations (http://acinvestigations.org) Animal Cruelty Investigations is a California corporation dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to farm animals. ACI is authorized by law to enforce California's anti-cruelty statutes.
ACI makes farm animal protection its priority and provides much needed humane protection for farm animals under the law - especially in areas where humane enforcement is minimal, or non-existent. Working with other animal protection organizations, and law enforcement agencies, ACI works to protect farm animals through cruelty investigations, humane enforcement efforts and the seizure of abused and neglected farm animals.

ARME: Animal Rescue Media Education (http://www.arme.tv)
ARME is dedicated to bringing animal liberation issues to mainstream media. Their latest project, Skin Trade, takes you on a journey from the birth of the fur industry as fashion through the current trends, misconceptions, and lies perpetrated upon unknowing consumers. ARME's previous project, Behind The Mask, is a unique documentary focusing on those individuals who take direct action to save animals.
ARME's mission is to eliminate the suffering of all animals. This goal is achieved by rescuing unwanted and homeless animals and by educating the public of the vast extent of the suffering animals endure in our society.

Kitten Rescue (http://www.kittenrescue.org)
Kitten Rescue is a Los Angeles-based organization dedicated to finding loving homes for needy cats and kittens.
Kitten Rescue is devoted to rescuing cats and kittens from the streets and shelter euthanasia. Approximately eighty percent of their cats are rescued from the Los Angeles City shelters at the "11th hour" right before they are scheduled to be euthanized.

Welfare of Stray Dogs (http://www.wsdindia.org)
The Welfare of Stray Dogs is a Mumbai, India-based organization working to eradicate rabies and control the street-dog population in a humane, scientific way.
Since 1989, WSD has been carrying out a mass sterilization program for stray dogs and providing realistic, workable solutions to stray dog-related problems that plague all of India.
